The Pillars of Our Work

15 years of Tireless Community Work

The past 15 years of my community work as a public servant have been supported by 4 important pillars which positively transformed the lives of our community members. These pillars collectively form a comprehensive approach to leadership that emphasizes inclusivity, effective execution, and a focus on the betterment of all members of the community.

Organization

Organization is at the heart of my life’s mission. Nothing brings me more joy than bring together people from all walks of life, ensuring that everyone has a voice and a platform to be heard. By fostering meaningful connections and building diverse coalitions, we have amplified the power of the collective community efforts.

Empowerment

Empowerment is another pillar of my mission as public servant, showcased by the establishment of the District 2 Government Academy. Having created and successfully graduated 24 classes in he past 10 years, I believe in empowering individuals, neighborhoods, and organizations to take charge of their destinies. Through access to education, resources, and opportunities, we have empowered individuals to reach their full potential and contribute to the progress of their families and our community.

Delivery

Delivery is where my dreams as a public servant and commitment translate into action. I have been tirelessly dedicated to delivering tangible results that make a positive impact on people's lives. From implementing sustainable initiatives to improving essential services, I am committed to addressing the pressing issues and concerns of the City of Orlando, District 2 community.

Unity

We can continue the momentum and build upon the progress we have achieved over the past 15 years. United, let’s continue to organize, empower, and deliver lasting progress for our community!
